2025 Water Rate Structure for Meter Billing

Monthly base rate = $45.19 and includes 6,000 gallons of water.
Pricing for water use above 6,000 gallons monthly will be billed per 1,000 gallons at the rates below:
6,001 gallons – 24,000 gallons = $3 per 1,000 gallons
24,001 gallons – 40,000 gallons = $6 per 1,000 gallons
40,001 gallons and more = $12 per 1,000 gallons
Example:
A home or business that uses 5,500 gallons in a month = $45.19
A home or business that uses 20,500 gallons in a month = $45.19 + (15 x $3) = $90.19
